    1. PREPARE equipment and bake meringues together.
    2. COLOR meringues various shades to achieve the following fall designs:

    • Fall Leaves

    3. PIPE the mentioned designs and bake them in the oven as per the recipe.
    4. PIPE different meringue designs on Meringue Transfer Sheets from Sugar Art Canada. View how these come out.

      • Stand mixer or electric hand mixer
      • Spatula
      • Medium saucepan
      • Digital candy thermometer (optional)
