I was excited about working with the icing sheets. I ordered 3 Rose Watercolor wallpaper icing sheets to cover an 8” 3 layered tres leches cake for my moms 80 birthday. The layers on my cake were thin so I only used I 1/2 sheets. It’s easy to handle, easy to cut, easy to work with. I layered the icing sheets over a tres leches cake that was iced with buttercream for the concern of the whipped cream having too much moisture and it held up fine. It was easy to slice. It became softer as it sat (the temp was 75) It’s easy to eat, better than fondant, it melts into the icing. Great option! Great touch to a cake! Loved it!
