DELIVERY

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 15 business days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
We are not responsible for Post Service delays (severe weather/natural disasters – major snow, ice, unplowed streets, extreme heat, cold weather, tornado, hurricane, transportation delays, civil unrest, post-service mistakes or power outage) and we cannot refund your order so our suggestion is: Please order early!

The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Shipping costs are based on the volume, weight of your order, and delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Please provide the correct non-PO Box address for delivery. If the item was returned/non-deliverable due to the wrong address/customer unavailability, the buyer is responsible for any expenses incurred.
We are not responsible for any damage to the product on delivery, any delay, or loss of the shipping package.

We have the right to solely decide on the type of this free delivery from all available options to us. We have a right to cancel the order when the customer asks to express delivery for free but this option is not available or not suitable for us based on our sole decision. 

Usually, all orders will take 1-4 business days to process before they are shipped. 

If you ordered a tracked package and have not received a tracking number yet, We will send the tracking number in another email soon. We do our very best to get most orders out the door within 24 hours of your purchase, however during times of high volume such as sales & promotions and or Holiday Seasons it can take 1-4 business days to process before they are shipped. Custom design orders require additional 1-3 business days for the design approval. Please note that the expected delivery date during the order is provided by the courier, and is subject to change. For any questions, please contact the courier directly.

If you ordered a non-trackable Standard Canada Post package the estimated delivery times, based on your location, will be as follows:
Canada: Estimated approximately 3 - 9 business days
USA: Estimated approximately 5 - 12 business days
Rest of World: (AIR MAIL: Estimated approximately 15 - 20 business days; SURFACE MAIL: 45 - 180 business days)

The non-trackable delivery timing provided here is for information only and it does not include the weekends, holidays, and also the day package is shipped or delivered.

Please understand that the package held by your's country customs authorities is not counted in the above delivery timing.
