* ICING/FROSTING sheets
Icing sheets are an actual layer of icing that bonds with the icing on the cake.
They can be applied to all types of cakes, cupcakes, cookies, fondant, etc.
These sheets are extremely flexible and offer easy-peel backing. The preferred brand by bakers!
These printed sheets wrap beautifully around a cake. When used horizontally these sheets will cover tiers up to 8" tall. Please see the size chart for amount of sheets needed by tier size.

** CHOCOLATE transfer sheets
Want to add a pattern or picture to your chocolate pieces, candies, bars, pralines or marshmallow?
Just insert the chocolate transfer sheet into a chocolate transfer mold, or simply pour melted chocolate over the transfer sheet, wait for it to cool, and then peel the chocolate off. This allows the printed image to transfer and adhere best to the white chocolate layer.
White chocolate is best because it will show the bright/vivid colors of your edible prints.

*** MERINGUE transfer sheets
The NEW type of sheets specially made for Meringues!
Meringue Transfer sheets are branded liners with transferable images for sweet meringues. One Meringue Transfer sheet makes up to 54 meringue kisses of about 1" (2.5 cm).
Meringue Transfer sheets are oven safe (up to 80°C / 176°F) and are used instead of lining paper/aluminum foil during baking/drying of meringues. Right after drying is done, meringues are removed from the sheets. That is how easy it is to use them!

Shipping Information:
Shipping costs are based on the volume, weight of your order, and delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Usually, all orders will take 1-4 business days to process before they are shipped. We do our very best to get most orders out the door within 24 hours of your purchase, however during times of high volume such as sales & promotions and or Holiday Seasons it can take the full 4 days to process your order before shipping.
Custom orders require additional 1-3 business days for creation and approval by the customer.
Please note that the expected delivery date during the order is provided by the courier, and is subject to change. For any questions, please contact the courier directly.
If you ordered a tracked package and have not received a tracking number yet, We will send the tracking number in another email soon. If you ordered a non-trackable Standard Canada Post package the estimated delivery times, based on your location, will be as follows:
Canada: Estimated approximately 3 - 9 business days
USA: Estimated approximately 5 - 12 business days
Rest of World: (AIR MAIL: Estimated approximately 15 - 20 business days
The non-trackable delivery timing provided here is for information only and it does not include the weekends, holidays, and also the day package is shipped or delivered.
Please understand that the package held by your's country customs authorities is not counted in the above delivery timing.
Free shipping is available on certain order amounts and/or order locations and can change from time to time. Please check the current free shipping options at the checkout.
Information about Returns:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
